紫粒小麦花青素合成分子调控机制研究进展

摘 要:

紫粒小麦是一类果皮和种皮积累紫色花青素的小麦种质资源, 除籽粒具有花青素外, 有些品种的胚芽鞘、茎、叶片、叶鞘、叶耳、花药等部位也含有花青素而呈现紫色或红色。本文从控制小麦各器官的紫色或红色性状基因定位、编码的蛋白质及其功能、花青素合成结构基因定位及其表达特性, 以及这些基因与环境因子如光照、非生物逆境的关系等方面, 综述了紫粒小麦花青素合成分子调控的初步机制, 并勾画了相应的调控模式图, 以期为进一步揭示该机制提供理论基础。

Abstract:

Purple wheat is a type of wheat germplasm resources which accumulate anthocyanin in purple grain pericarp and testa, moreover, the coleoptile, stems, leaves, leaf sheath, auricle, anther and other parts of some cultivars also contain the anthocyanin. In this paper, we review the preliminary anthocyanin synthesis regulation mechanism of purple wheat through the purple or red trait gene locus, their encoded protein and gene function, mapping and expression pattern of anthocyanin synthase genes, and the relationship between these genes with environmental factors such as light and abiotic stress, then construct the corresponding regulation pattern model in order to provide the theoretical basis for further revealing the mechanism.
